13/12/2006	Release of version 0.9.7 of the IIPImage server. The core of the code has been cleaned up and fully modularized. The cache system has also been greatly improved and the stability problems in 0.9.6 are now fully resolved. A new hillshading command has also been added for surface relief maps.
